We work diligently to improve on our safety culture and integrity practices. Thirty percent of incentive compensation is linked to safety performance, asset integrity, and environmental stewardship goals – often exceeding that of our public company peers.

Governance

At Ricochet, our governance framework is anchored by a comprehensive Code of Business Conduct, supported by relevant policies. Environmental Leadership

Ricochet is targeting abandonment of all inactive wells within 5 years.

We are dedicated to responsible environmental stewardship. Ricochet is on a proactive schedule to abandon all inactive wells within five years. With a long-term perspective, we are investing in new and improved preventative maintenance systems and expertise, alongside a newly enhanced asset integrity program to further enhance safety while minimizing losses to property or harm to the environment.

Regulatory

Ricochet is committed to surpassing minimum regulatory requirements.

Since acquiring our assets, we have continually exceeded the Alberta Energy Regulator’s annual minimum spend. We continue to prioritize the elimination of high consequence risks.
