CHRIS FRIEDLEY

President & Chief Executive Officer

Chris brings over 20 years of engineering and operations experience within the Western Canadian oil and gas sector to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ricochet Oil Corp. A founding executive since the Company’s inception in 2020, Chris played a pivotal role in the evaluation and acquisition of Pembina Cardium assets in 2021. Under his leadership as Vice President of Operations, the company achieved a remarkable 90% production growth in less than three years. In September 2024, Chris was promoted to President and CEO, further solidifying his strategic vision for Ricochet, where he oversees the entirety of the Company's corporate strategy, operational performance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital allocation.

Before joining Ricochet, Chris was a founding executive at Rifle Shot Oil Corp, where he served as Vice President of Operations from its inception in 2014 until its merger with Longshore Resources in June 2020. During this time, he implemented innovative completion and drilling techniques that economically developed medium and heavy Mannville oil pools in Eastern Alberta and Western Saskatchewan, ultimately growing production to over 5,000 barrels per day.

Chris is a professional engineer and member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

THOMAS (TOM) COPELAND

Chief Operating Officer

Tom brings approximately 20 years of progressive operations leadership in oil and gas production and field management to his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ricochet Oil Corp. He joined the company in November 2021 as VP Production and expanded his role to VP Operations in September 2024, and COO in January 2025. Tom is responsible for managing production operations, staff, contractor management, capital execution, and community relations in Drayton Valley.

Before his tenure at Ricochet, Tom served as Vice President, Operations, COO, and Director at Fire Sky Energy Inc. from 2011 to 2021. There, he successfully grew production from 80 boe/d to a peak of 1,950 boe/d while managing all capital and daily operations, including overseeing staff and contractors. Additionally, as Operations Manager at T. Bird Oil Ltd. from 2007 to 2014, he significantly expanded the company’s production from 250 bbl/day to 850 bbl/day in an $89 million corporate sale in August 2014.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Tom is actively engaged in the community, having served as a member of the Saskatchewan Oil and Gas Orphan Well Fund Advisory Committee and as Vice-President of the Saskatchewan Premier Baseball League. He holds a diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

STEFAN (STEF) DILGER

Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer

Stefan “Stef” serves as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Ricochet Oil Corp. Additionally, he is the President of VENTURI Energy Limited, a family office company focused on energy investments.

Before joining Ricochet, Stef was a Director in the Energy Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets (“RBC”), where he spent eight years advising on over $45 billion of mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and equity and debt financings, advancing quickly through progressively senior roles.

Stef serves on the Board of Directors for Canadian Resource Roadways LP (CRR), an infrastructure business that owns and operates industrial access roads across Canada’s resource sectors. Headquartered in Calgary, CRR is owned by funds managed by CBRE Investment Management and its management team. Stef has effectively been and remains a founding member of CRR having been involved since their formation, capitalization, and founding transaction(s), initially through RBC and now continuing as a member of the Board.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance (Distinction) from Dalhousie University.

BRYCE ROLLEFSTAD

Vice President, Engineering

Bryce brings over 20 years of engineering experience in the Western Canadian oil and gas industry, covering Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. He joined Ricochet in 2024, enhancing the management team with his extensive operations and engineering expertise, where he leads engineering, drilling, completions, workovers, and technical operations with a focus on optimizing production and capital efficiency.

Before joining Ricochet, Bryce worked as an operations engineer at Rifle Shot Oil Corp, where he played a pivotal role in increasing production to over 5,000 bbl/d prior to its merger with Longshore Resources. At Longshore, he advanced rapidly to become the manager and, eventually, the director of completions and workovers, significantly contributing to the development of the Charlie Lake asset.

Bryce began his career in various engineering roles at MGV Energy/Quicksilver Resources and Twin Butte Energy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

NATALIE CARLETON

Vice President, Accounting & Controller

Natalie is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with 18 years of experience in the Canadian energy industry. She joined Ricochet Oil Corp. as Controller in June 2024, bringing knowledge in financial management and operational oversight to the team.

Before her role at Ricochet, Natalie held various management positions within the petroleum sector, including Controller at Razor Energy, and Controller at Inception Exploration from September 2020 until its acquisition by Spartan Delta in March 2021. Her earlier experience also includes serving as Controller for Granite Oil Corp. from September 2015 to its sale to International Petroleum Corp. in March 2020.

Natalie's career began at Legacy Oil + Gas as a Financial Analyst, and she further honed her skills while articling at KPMG. She is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria.

MICHAEL (MIKE) SCHMIDT

Vice President, Exploration & Business Development

Mike brings over 20 years of experience in the Western Canadian oil and gas sector and was a founding member of Ricochet Oil Corp in 2020. Mike's expertise in geological evaluation played a crucial role in the acquisition of Pembina Cardium assets, and he was instrumental in the immediate execution of ambitious reactivation, recompletion, and drilling programs, all of which boosted production by an impressive 90% within three years.

Before joining Ricochet, Mike served as Vice President of Geology at Rifle Shot Oil Corp, where he was a founding member from 2014 until its merger with Longshore Resources in June 2020. During his time there, he led the geotechnical team in identifying and developing conventional oil pools in Eastern Alberta and Western Saskatchewan, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Mike began his career with various geological roles at prominent companies such as Blackshire Energy, ConocoPhillips, and Burlington Resources. His comprehensive background in geology, coupled with his strategic vision for exploration and business development, positions him as a valuable asset to Ricochet Oil Corp.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary.

MICHAEL (MICK) DILGER

Executive Chairman

Mick has served as Executive Chairman of Ricochet Oil Corp since 2024 and has been the Chairman of VENTURI Energy Limited (a ‘family office’ company) since 2021. He also holds the position of Board Chairman at SECURE Waste Infrastructure Corp (TSX: SES) since January 2023, during which time the company has seen its stock price appreciate more than threefold.

From January 2014 to November 2021, Mick was the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Pembina Pipeline Corporation (TSX: PPL; NYSE: PBA). Before this role, he served as Pembina's President and Chief Operating Officer, among other senior leadership positions since 2005. During his tenure as COO & CEO, Pembina's enterprise value grew tenfold to approximately $40 billion, with EBITDA per share roughly tripling. Prior to Pembina, Mick held senior executive roles in financial and business development at Nova Corporation, TransCanada Pipelines, and Amerada Hess, in addition to sponsoring several successful start-up ventures.

Mick was also a director of Trilogy Energy Trust for 14 years, where he chaired the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee until its sale in 2017. He co-chaired the 2016 United Way of Calgary campaign and is a Founding Member of the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association.

Mick received his Chartered Professional Accountant, obtaining his designation in 1989, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.

PHILLIP (PHIL) WELCH

Director

Phil Welch joined Ricochet in 2024. He is a former president of McDaniel & Associates, a prominent reserves evaluation and advisory firm, where he enjoyed a successful 29-year career. Phil is a lifetime member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and a past member of the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE).

ALLAN CHARLESWORTH

Director

Allan Charlesworth joined Ricochet in early 2025, bringing 45 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with expertise in asset integrity, occupational and process safety, and technical governance. As an Executive Advisor, he provides operational insights and strategic oversight to support disciplined operations, growth, and long-term value creation.

From 2012 to 2023, Allan served as Vice President of Technical Services at Pembina Pipeline Corporation, leading enterprise-wide programs in asset integrity, process and occupational safety, and technical services—including maintenance management, commissioning, product quality and measurement, and engineering and project governance. In this role, he was a key member of the Executive Committee, directly supporting Pembina’s corporate strategy through both organic expansion and acquisitions.

Allan played a crucial role in evaluating and integrating strategic acquisitions, providing technical analysis, conducting due diligence, and ensuring that assets met safety and operational standards. His leadership helped steward the company through a period of significant growth, enhancing engineering and project execution capabilities while preserving safety performance and capital efficiency.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with BP Energy Canada and its predecessor organizations, including Amoco Canada and Dome Petroleum, focusing on asset integrity and project execution. His contributions extend to industry and community initiatives through board roles with Alberta Utility Safety and the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA).
